Shipping policy

For new order, it is normally taking 3-4months after receving the deposit and confirmation of production configuration, including production 40days, shipping 40 days and customs clearance 2 weeks. 

All goods except the available stocks are to be ordered newly will apply for the above leadtime of 3-4months. 

Available stocks without ETA will be available and pickup ready from our warehouse/depot near port.

By default all the goods will be pickuped up by client in our showroom in Brisbane or main seaport such as Sydney/Adelaide/Melbourne/Perth/etc. 

To deliver goods to your location, additional charges will be made upon $1000/hour est. and biway is calculated according to distance from your location to our showroom.

In the event that the unit has arrived at our yard and is ready for delivery, but the customer is unable to take delivery for reasons attributable to them (e.g., failure to pay the outstanding balance or inability to accept the goods), the storage period shall commence from the date on which the goods departs from our yard.

Expandihome provides a two-week free storage period (calculated from the commencement date stated above). After the free storage period expires, if the customer still has not arranged to take delivery, storage fees will apply as follows:

·        Studio / 20ft units: $50 per unit per week

·        30ft / 40ft units: $100 per unit per week

·        All other products: $50 per unit per week
