• Class 1a compliant

All designs have passed professional Australian building certifications, fully complying with Council approval standards and eliminating the risk of "unapproved construction". Avoid fines, demolition, and other losses caused by non-compliance, and protect your property.

  • Lower cost than traditional build

By shifting most of the construction process to factory production, our Class 1a expandable homes eliminate many on-site building delays and labour costs. This results in a more affordable solution compared to traditional home construction in Australia, without compromising compliance or liveability.

  • Fast installation

Traditional homes often require lengthy on-site construction with multiple contractors and delays. Our Class 1a expandable homes are engineered for rapid deployment, arriving pre-finished and ready for quick installation, helping you move in or start renting much sooner.

  • Professional Team Support

Our team is familiar with Council
    approval rules across Australia,
providing full assistance from documentation preparation to communication on issues. You don't need to study complex policy terms by yourself, saving time and energy
